My shoutbox works good for except i get a  message saying unable to load shoutbox english utf8 when i check the error log in my forum.Anyone know why i get this? I still some help with this problem.Thanks

I got the shoutbox to work. I have placed it at the bottom of the forum below the info center. My problem is that the page is jumping down to the shoutbox in the browser.

I would prefer that the page is not moved to the shoutbox, i.e. stays at the top. I think it happens because the shoutbox is active somehow. I tried auto-hiding the shoutbox, but then the users can't see the shoutbox.

So, how do I put the shoutbox at the end of the page without automatically moving me down to it?

BUT... seems the site is slooooooow now.

Also, is there anyway to allow guests to SEE the shoutbox but not to be able to post in it?

to shout it works in IE were gifts, so do not think NOT WORK IN INTERNET EXPLORER!

Ive just upgraded to ver. 202 and are running on
smf 1.1.10 with simpleportal 2.2.2

I downloaded the latest version but for some reason only the admins are able to see it?

My forum is like: http://forum.mysite.com and it works fine, now i wanna add shoutbox to http://www.mysite.com (both are the same, if some one writting something is Forum it must show on WWW either...

thw shoutbox is appearing always minimised....kidly tell me what to do in order to make it appear by default TO ALL USERS...

How can I change the width of the box? I'd rather not have it stretching across the top of the forum. I just want a small, centered box above the forums.

Shoutbox works great for us but for some reason we cannot see the *Shoutbox Admin* under Admins. I have no idea what we could be doing wrong.  Any help would be appreciated
