i installed the 2.0 version and have a couple of questions:

1. There are permissions for this in the permissions section, are these meant to not work in free version? They have no effect on the mod and I don't want to allow just everyone to add new groups.

2. If i have to get paid version to not allow everyone to add new groups, do I have to uninstall the free version or will I just get an update?

They'd work in the free version and if you purchase the PRO you'll have to uninstall the installed mod

okay you give a list of features there, and in your first post you say they're only available with the full version... so those features you just listed are only in the full version?  Do I have that right?  The Lite version can't upload images from the PC?

Exactly, those features are only available in the PRO Version

Lo siemto, pero solo doy soporte para la versión PRO, que por cierto, es muchisimo mejor
