justsomething, you can simply look for the beginning of the line, and if you find multiple lines with the same beginning, just look for a longer bit of string until you find only one result. Then you can compare the differences, and adjust the new code accordingly.

Hello, I have media installed on my forum, and everything was ok, but now it no longer marks the views of all videos and always appear as NEW, I tried to go down for maintenance, but to no avail. What can be?

If i have a question which I had above Aeva..i post it on the forum. That doesn't mean i am asking for support from you. If you reply or not it's your choice. Someone else would have replied, or i would have ended up rtfm and solving it myself or would have chose another gallery thinking this one is not supported. In either case, there is no obligation on your part to solve each and every problem posted on the support forum and then arrogantly tell people to RTFM or that you are doing a big favour by creating that mod.

I might not have been very helpful to the community, but I am not doing as much damage as you are.

Yes, of course I have enabled the mod. When I preview the link I see the video, but when I post the link I can't see the video.

Ah... I didn't know this RC3 change would touch old Aeva as well. Crap.

Try removing the $context['aeva_disable'] code in Load.php (related to the signature stuff.)
Tell me if it works. Then try adding a video in your signature and make sure it does NOT embed in your posts.

Another superb example of the hypocrisy behind the "moderation team". If someone in the team doesn't like you, then you get a warning. Otherwise, you're free to go. I'll just keep using the good old tried "GFY" method. At least people get my point that way. Even if they don't like it.

People who read this board are mostly n00bs who are looking themselves for some help -- they won't help you. Sometimes, these people have met your issue and fixed it through some help, and will be willing to help themselves. It's still rare. You can't expect the board to be crawling with them. That leaves us with the author.

It's free because it was free from the start. It has nothing to do with professionalism. I just consider that people are NOT customers, and therefore shouldn't complain about issues when I can't or won't solve them. That's all.
Also, ask anyone who bought Foxy! -- they have nothing to complain about when it comes to support. I often go as far as trying my best to implement stuff to help them in the use of the add-on.
