there is no feud any more.  He just does not wish to provide support here.

you did not originally say that some could and some could not...
if admins and mods can, then it must be a permissions problem instead...

Lets be honest... he doesn't want to provide support for Aeva... period.  Here,  there,  anywhere.

Well, that's my dirty hack:

1. Open Sources/Subs-Aeva-Sites.php
   a) Find string:
'movie' => 'http://assets.vimeo.com/flash/moogaloop/5.0.5/moogaloop.swf?v=5.0.5&clip_id=$2&server=vimeo.com&fullscreen=1&show_title=1&show_byline=1&show_portrait=0&color=01AAEA',
   b) Replace it to:
'movie' => 'http://vimeo.com/moogaloop.swf?clip_id=$2&server=vimeo.com&fullscreen=1&show_title=1&show_byline=1&show_portrait=0&color=01AAEA',

2. Go to Administration/Mod Settings/Aeva sites/Popular Sites
   a) Switch "Vimeo" to OFF and Save settings;
   b) Switch "Vimeo" to ON and Save settings.

Now Vimeo embedding must working a correctly.
This is just for Vimeo? How about other formats? Like youtube and so on.

All the videos cant load in mobile platform such as Androids, iOS and so on

Is there any way to make it embed https links?

I bypassed this issue using    Administration Center --> Forum -->Posts and Topics --> Censored Words and have SMF to automatically replace "https://www.youtube.com" with "http://www.youtube.com"
I did the same for "http://youtu.be/" with "http://www.youtube.com"

Google Maps also seems to be using https, AEVA doesn't recognize these URL's.

Any fix available yet?

Hi İ need Thumb İmages show(Aeva Gallery Video Vimeo) ?

Hello!

I understand this mod is no longer supported by Nao & I tried to look for the answer on my own, but no luck....

I currently run SMF 1.1.17 with AEVA 1.4a and I am looking to upgrade my forum to SMF 2.0.3. I am curious if anyone knows how I go about the SMF upgrade without losing my gallery stuff? Is it possible?

Arantor

Kindred

pgrading SMF will have no effect on your gallery DATA.
You will have to reinstall the mod (and all other mods) once you finish upgrading SMF itself.

On smf 2.0.3 and aeva 1.4w or 7.2 lite, forum goes soo slow. Its add nearly 2 seconds to loading. I mean when I uninstall the aeva site loads about 0.2 to 0.6 seconds, but when I install the aeva its goes up to 2.1 to 5 seconds.
Is there anyone have the same issue?
I don't have any error listed about this issue on my error log.
Only the aeva debugs says: -2716265875.87 seconds.

How many of the sites have you got set up for embedding? If you enable all possible sites, it's *going* to increase load.

Hey, so i made a album thinking i made it a sub-album for another but i didn't and already uploaded some stuff in it.... can i change it to a sub-album without having to create a whole new one and put a bunch more stuff in the new one?

What exactly does Access Gallery authorize ? To view and upload images etc. ? If so, that doesn't mke a lot of sense because what if you only want aid group to view n what have you but not upload stuff ?

Oh, and unseen area ?

Quote
Access Gallery
Moderate Gallery
Administrate Gallery
Access unseen area
Search in Gallery
Add User Playlists
Add Albums
Auto-approve Albums
Moderate own Albums
View anyone's Gallery profile

Access Gallery allows the group to do just that, Access the Gallery.
Upload and granular access details are controlled through the AEVA permissions profiles (which is different and separate from SMF's permissions)

UNseen is just that "unseen items" are the gallery term for "unread posts" (but, since the gallery deal in items and viewing rather than posts and reading....    tada

AEVA has a bug with links containing an exclamation mark not being generated properly. Did anyone find a fix about it?

Here are more informations about it:
