Hah! Fixed it using the <iframe> code encased in the html tags but I'm hoping there may be a way of doing it just using the url with Aeva 1.4a

New prob : since upgrading to 1.4a whenever I make a new album and enter the desciption into the text box then press Enter to start a new line I get the line break codes showing even though I never typed them in the first place.

whatever I do to alter the size, bold or colour coding makes no difference. Can anyone shed any light on this? Thanks for any help.

this appears to be related to the changes made in avea 1.4a that arantor recommended to nao for security but that for whatever reason arent being applied right

(somethig like "Can`t load language file 'Aeva.spanish_latin-utf8'")

But we have that file

how we can get ride of this?

I am having a problem.. I have had the gallery installed for a long time and all of a sudden I am getting this error when trying to upload new images to the gallery..
Unknown column 'quota' in 'field list'
File: /home/uniquez-home/public_html/v2/Sources/Aeva-Subs.php

Please can some one help me with this.. I am not sure how to fix it..

@Sabre™ thanks for the affirmation of what oya said, am trying to do that. i was
thinking the error i reported earlier has to do with the folder Aeva-Subs.php but
it seems it from my host because i change to a new host. i was not having this problem with
my former host when i was using the first version of avea media. However if am able to change all the
collation i let you guys know. thanks

I have the problem of users not being able to upload files.  There is no "add" option.  Only way I have found to get it to work is add moderate which allows them to delete files as well. I have setting under member lists set to write as well.

while uploading via mass upload, the preview of the wallpaper after the one is uploaded wont come..
on the other site it shows the preview after the file is upload and the next is being uploaded..

As an Admin/Mod I want to set some albums to:

· Not visible by other users
· Owner can't upload items
· Owner can edit name, image and description.

My forum has specific rules on the Galery section so I want to be able to stop some users since they fix what is wrong with their albums.

Is the a way to do that?

Yes, by a combination of setting permissions in Admin > Membergroups > Permissions

and Aeva > Admin > setting the permissions for albums.

Not sure if this has been posted before, it's a pretty large topic and ofcourse tried to search it first...

We've recently installed this MOD, mostly for its ability to embed Google Maps. Normal maps are OK, but Streetview gives very poor quality. Worse than the original image on Google Maps.

Is this a known issue?

I just created a new Profile in "Admin > Membergroups > Permissions"
Changed some settings on AEVA section and works OK.

But I have a problem:
When I change the permissions on "Aeva > Admin > setting the permissions for albums" nothing works.
The user still has access to all the features turned off.

· Permissions changed on Admin > Membergroups: Works OK
· Permissions changed on Aeva > Admin > Setting the permissions for albums: Don't work.


And just another question:
Is possible (as a mod) disapprove some albums and items on the Gallery?

I can disapprove items, but the owner can approve them again with a simple click.
And for the albums I don't see where is the option.
