...btw - thanks for the tip (i tought about header problem). Finally i changed the code in sources/aeva-gallery.php around line 2443 simple to:

Code: [Select]
if ($context['browser']['is_firefox'])
header($att . '="' . $filename . '"');

This fixed my problem. Btw. there is an interesting addon to firefox 8:

Getting 500 server error using aeva media specifically when trying to access admin albums. Members are having problems uploading pictures. Not sure what I need to do to correct the issues. I had planned on upgrading to the latest versions of SMF, SP and aeva-media, but dont understand why I am all of a sudden getting errors. I wanted to try to figure this out before i upgrade so as not to have the same problems.

The portal websites probably have a pre-built block for that.

That works only with Full Aeva Media, I'm using AEVA Lite.

I use Aeva Lite 7.1.708, but 7.2 is equal.

When I uncheck buttom Enable Embedding in Quotes of Aeva panel control, and I visit or search a post with quote BBCode, sometimes PHP crash.

I believe this failure occurs by a incorrect regular expression. In file Subs-Aava.php, line 13,
'~(\[quote[]\s=])~i'
should be
'~(\[quote[:print:]*])~i'

Edit: I am sorry, I see PHP manual. Regular expression is correct, but in my PHP version not work.
I wll have checked Enable Embedding in Quotes

Hi, does anyone know where I can download an old copy of this, you know the one that supports adult sites.  I know SMF wanted this taken out but the choice was taken from people by doing that

No there was a choice, adult sites by default was off but this wasn't good enough by the looks of it and our choice was taken,

I'm running my forum on 2.0.1

I previously had Aeva, but removed it early on. I've since re-installed it, and followed the manual parse instructions.

It appears to have installed ok, but I cannot see a link to it in my header menu. Any ideas?

Cheers,

Noel
