when installing the package I get and error and one file fails the test.

   Execute Modification     ./Sources/Load.php     Test failed
I've uploaded it twice now.. Any suggestions?

Excuse me for being a relative newcomer but what should I see, I really have given this a lot of time before asking. There are no permissions realting to the gallery in the SMF permissions.

The permissions in Aeva Media seem to relate just to the albums.

Sorry if its a silly question.

This whole board is post/topic approval required unless you've been here a while.

Basically there was some harshness a bit back and it was deemed appropriate to make the board moderated for a while, though I thought it was going to change sometime.

So for the time being at least, all posts get reviewed by a moderator before they are publicly visible.

It's not in the Aeva Media admin area.

I suppose you're using a non-alphabetic language?
If yes, then use the latest SVN (or wait for Beta 1, coming this week.)
Basically, I made sure to fix that. Tested with Japanese and Greek.

My other admins are unable to add albums to current ones, their target box is empty.
Looks like it also clashes with Tiny Portal as some of the admin functions are now unavailable.

- Watermark: in my to-do-list. Not for Aeva Media 1.0. One thing at a time.
- Rotation: I never found a satisfying solution to do that. ImageMagick has a function to losslessly (?) rotate a picture, just like software such as ACDSee, but AM is mainly based on GD2 which doesn't have it, so I don't use it. There are rotation functions here and there, but they lose data, so I'm not using them either. Finally, there's the issue of that rotation flag in Exif: I never got it to work correctly. At least on pictures I took myself.

May be my post haven't been read being just before a new release of Aeva Media ?

The unexpected behavior I have with Aeva 7.0.706 is that every file types are embeded when linked from another website even if only MP3 option is ticked (with external websites activated olso oviously). Is it normal behavior ?

Well, it is not 'normal behavior', and it doesn't happen in Aeva Media, AFAIK.
I just tested and it works for me.

Also, I found out about a vicious bug in the auto-embedder config area: indeed, it is impossible to change one's per-filetype local video settings once AM is installed. I've fixed this in SVN rev 150.
