Exactly what it says. You can embed URLs from picasa, flickr, imageshack and anything like that.

Foxy! is part of Aeva Media-- it's just that writing and maintaing 30.000 lines of code comes at a cost to me. I have to recoup some of these costs somewhere.

It's still at a 50% discount for now. Probably until the end of the month.

(And no, I don't feel comfortable discussing a paid-for add-on here. Sorry about that.)

I just realized that the folders i made for folks to load their images have my name on it and featured.   Why is that?

Why did i took ownership of these folders?    It was fine the way it was before.

Here's the prob I'm having. I added a button to the Aeva sub menu and the text only appears when
I am in the media gallery or in the Admin CP. Attached are two example pics.

Actions taken: Cleared cache and emptied cookies and temp internet files

I'm guessing I need to edit some other file(s)

edit: oh yeah, the button works just can't see the text

Yeah,... i just thought they where "general Albums" when this mod was created the first time.   Now with the updated version, i didnt realized i had to redo the permissions since i noticed no one had uploaded anything in a while and saw they had my name on it.

Anyways,...... i gave the albums to a "dummy" account.

Hey, I need to upgrade but ran into a problem. I currently have Aeva 7.0 & SMF Media Gallery 2.0.5 installed, but my package manager implies that I don't have SMF Media installed. I only have the option to install it. Any suggestions on how to proceed before I create a headache?

Aeva Media no longer accepts albums with no owner, because of permission complications I had at some point.
They may be resolved though by now, and it may warrant the ability to suppress a visible owner, I don't know. Or may I should simply hide owners for featured albums when the owner is an admin, I don't know.
Creating a dummy account is a good compromise, I guess. You can name it "Community" or something, after all.

Did you do a double install at some point? (Known song.) i.e. you installed, then reinstalled an upgrade, then uninstalled that upgrade... And ended up with the first install still working. In which case you need to uninstall everything manually.

Yeah,... thats what i did.     I didnt want users to think they where uploading in the wrong folder.   No biggie.

I cant seem to find the mod 'Auto Embed Video Clips' is it taken over by this mod ?? I want to embed youtube but this mod has too much other features that i don't and wont use

Ok. so, i know there's cache folder in my website with files like :
data_76238476324234blablabla-SMF-aeva_settings.php
and so on.

I have to delete all of them ? it's safe right ? :]

Im afraid if anything would wrong so i just copy paste codes in my aeva file to the file into the cache file (and its working) XD

Naw, not that one, the one i use does it without the need for you [youtube] BBC, it just converts and embeds raw youtube links
