Rather than the SMF version number in the files, look at the Unicode version number in ./Sources/Unicode/Metadata.php. If that says you are using Unicode 16, then you are up to date.

Quote from: dmnlksm on July 16, 2025, 03:45:03 AM- After the SMF update, I noticed that YouTube video links placed between
[center] tags are not displayed in the message in the forum.

That's an SMF bug. There's nothing this mod can do about it. Please see this topic for more info.

QuoteAdditionally, there is an issue with displaying time-coded (starting from a specific second) YouTube links. More precisely, I perceive that if there is any character (timecoded or otherwise) added to the end of a normal youtube link, or if there is a space between the
[youtube] tag and the youtube link, there is a problem with the display of that video.

That's a limitation of SMF's underlying support for YouTube links.

I could try to add support in this mod for those optional YouTube URL parameters, but that would be a new feature. I might add that feature in a new version, but as my signature says, I promise you nothing. ;)

I wouldn't expect all theme files to be modified. Some themes can get pretty complicated.

This was a little painful, but in the big scheme, not much.

It only took a week to get to the bottom of this so for free forum software, I consider that a win.  :D

Why not create patches for the themes too, so we'll waste less time, especially after making some changes?

Anyway, I'll try in the next few days.

Thanks

Just to check, I installed the GreyedOut theme on my test server.

The changes to the jquery.sceditor.theme.css were there and the button worked.

I just installed the Halloween theme on my test server downloaded today. I've never used this theme before and I have the latest version.

The button isn't working on my test server.

I noticed that the change wasn't made in the jquery.sceditor.theme.css

I made the change, re-installed the theme, and the button now works.
